The number of jobs increased in Canada
According to the Statistics Canada data in September, 2012, the number of workplaces in the country increased by 52 000. At the same time unemployment rate increased by 0,1% and made 7,4%. As specified in the department report, the most of new workplaces are full-time positions. And growth of an unemployment, according to experts of the statistic department, is result of increasing the number of people in the labor market of the country. In annual terms, employment grew by 1%, or 175 000, among which 157 000 are full-time jobs. In provinces: employment grew in Ontario and Manitoba, and in the province of Saskatchewan, on the contrary, decreased.
We recall that last month, the unemployment rate in Canada was 7.3%.
